  • Jeremy N. Alderman
    President- Boston Office

     

    Mr. Alderman began his career as an Underwriter for Syndicate 990 at Lloyds of London in 1980. He specialized in North American property, both on a facultative and treaty reinsurance basis, including a book of Canadian Automobile. He also wrote U.K Libel and Slander coverage and adjusted for the Syndicate.

    In 1986 he moved to Boston to join Sedgwick James of New England, a global commercial Insurance brokerage company, where he serviced and produced large accounts. His clients included John Hancock, Thermo Electron, Stop & Shop and Tyco, to name a few.

    He joined International Insurance Group, Ltd. 1989 as Vice President of Sales. IIG was a newly formed company which grew to become one of the largest regional insurance brokers on the East Coast. He produces a significant book of new business with clients ranging from middle market to large accounts.

    In 1999 he and his partner purchased InterNational Insurance Group, Ltd. (IIG), where he was Managing Director. There he specialized in hard to place catastrophic coverages and large accounts including, workers compensation, products, captives, terrorism, property, directors and officers liability and integrated disability management.

    On January 26, 2007 they sold IIG to Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG) a publicly traded brokerage company headquartered in Chicago. Mr. Alderman served as the Area President in Boston. On July 1st, 2009 he joined Tanenbaum-Harber (TH) as the President of TH’s Boston Office where he is charged with expanding TH’s New England Practice. TH Group is a leading national insurance broker based in New York.

    He was educated in England at King’s College Taunton and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

    Mr. Alderman is the past President of the British American Business Council of New England and is currently a board member. He is a trustee of The Forsyth Institute in Boston. He also serves on the board of The Hingham Sports Partnership. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth.

     

  • Ashley Andrews
    Account Executive

    Ashley Andrews is an Account Executive in the Large Commercial Lines Unit of T&H Brokers.   

     Ms. Andrews is responsible for the day to day servicing of a broad book of business including manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, life sciences, publishing companies and non-profit organizations. 

     Ms. Andrews graduated from the State University of New York College at Oneonta with a degree in Business Economics and a concentration in Marketing.  She maintains a New York State Property & Casualty Brokers License.

  • Kim Archer
    Account Executive

    Kim Archer is an Account Executive with T&H Brokers. Ms. Archer is responsible to service the fluid needs of clients to insure that coverage is proper and costs are consistent with current market conditions.

    Ms. Archer has been with T&H Brokers for her entire career and has considerable experience and expertise in the design, implementation and management of client’s insurance portfolios.

    Ms. Archer is a graduate of SUNY Albany and holds a BA in Economics.  Ms. Archer is a New York State Licensed Property & Casualty Broker.

  • Mark Bender
    Vice President

    Mark Bender is a Vice President at T&H Brokers and has extensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance.  Mr. Bender specializes in large commercial accounts with a special focus on deductible and retrospective rating programs for large distributors and manufacturers for their liability programs including large auto fleets. He also has a vast knowledge of required real estate insurance for co-ops, condos and rental buildings – both residential and commercial. 

    A second generation insurance broker, he has been working in the field for over 30 years. Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Bender held positions with National  brokers such as Marsh and McLennan and the former Alexander and Alexander.

     Mr. Bender graduated with honors from Boston University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration and continued his education at New York Law School. Mr. Bender is a Licensed Property and Casualty Broker in New York and New Jersey.

  • Matthew Bivona
    Marketing Executive
     

     Matthew Bivona is Marketing Executive for the placement of Middle Market Business at T&H Brokers. Mr. Bivona plays an important roll in establishing strong relationships with new and existing insurance carriers. In addition, Mr. Bivona serves as Senior Coordinator of the New Business Department working closely with the Sales team and Account Executives in developing information necessary for Marketing.Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Bivona was with The Rubin Group as a Marketing Representative and also as a Relationship Specialist for AON Risk Services. 

    Mr. Bivona graduated from St. John’s University with a BBA and is currently pursuing his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.

  • Maurisa Bradley
    Senior Workers Compensation Claims Examiner
     

     

    Maurisa Bradley is a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Examiner in T&H Brokers’ Claims Department.  Ms. Bradley is in charge of handling workers compensation claims for our clients throughout the United States.

    Ms. Bradley began her insurance career with AIG handling New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Claims. She was promoted to a Claims Specialist and her duties increased to handling minor and major complex workers compensations cases throughout the United States. Through her aggressive claims handling, Ms. Bradley has been effective in lowering payouts and indentifying fraudulent patterns in claims that resulted in major savings for all parties.

    Ms. Bradley holds claims adjustors licenses for the States of Delaware, Connecticut, and Florida.

     

  • Michael Caliendo
    Assistant Vice President
    Michael Caliendo is an Assistant Vice President of Tanenbaum-Harber Co., Inc., responsible for all marketing, servicing, claims management and sales of Management & Professional Liability products.
    Mr. Caliendo’s intimate knowledge of the Management & Professional Liability arena and his ability to stay abreast of the constantly changing marketplace as well as communicate these complex products to clients has made him a valuable resource to the firm.
    Mr. Caliendo is a graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management.

    Michael Caliendo is an Assistant Vice President at T&H Brokers. He is responsible for all marketing, servicing, claims management and sales of Management & Professional Liability products.

  • Hermi Cano
    Assistant Vice President
     

    Hermi Cano is an Assistant Vice President with the Private Client Group at T&H Brokers.  Ms. Cano specializes in providing customer service to high net worth individuals and family offices that have complex and customized insurance needs. 

     Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Ms. Cano worked at Willis North America. She started her career at a small privately held brokerage firm specializing in personal lines.

     Ms. Cano attended Rutgers University as well as the College of Insurance. Ms. Cano is a licensed Property & Casualty Broker.

  • Christopher M. Casella
    Vice President

    Christopher M. Casella is a Vice President of Account Management at T&H Brokers.  Mr. Casella leads a unit that provides the services necessary to manage a large lines insurance program. Mr. Casella first joined T&H Brokers as a Senior Account Executive.  In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Mr. Casella brings extensive insurance experience to his unit, as he has managed a varied book of business that includes large real estate risks, contractors, manufacturers and distributors.

    Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Casella was the Marketing Manager for Latiff & Associates, a Wholesale Insurance Brokerage firm located in downtown New York City. His responsibilities included placing large excess & surplus commercial lines business as well as running the day to day operations of the office.

    Mr. Casella graduated from Wagner College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. In addition, he is a licensed in Property & Casualty, Life Accident & Health Insurance.

  • Alice Davis
    Account Executive

    Alice Davis is an Account Executive in the Large Lines department of T&H Brokers.  Ms. Davis is responsible for providing the full services required of commercial clients.  Ms. Davis’ clientele include a variety of industries including residential real estate, manufacturers and professional practices. 

    Before joining T&H Brokers, Ms. Davis was a Client Service Representative with Aon Risk Services.

     Ms. Davis is a graduate of Lafayette College and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics/Business and International Affairs. In addition, Ms. Davis is a NY State Licensed Property and Casualty Broker.

  • Jim Donnellan
    Vice President

    Jim Donnellan is a Vice President in the Commercial Lines Department of T&H Brokers.  Mr. Donnellan is responsible for the day to day servicing of large commercial lines accounts.

     Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Donnellan was a Senior Vice President at a midsize broker in New York City, where he was responsible for overseeing a large portion of the servicing and brokerage operations of the company, while also handling a book of accounts on a direct basis. 

    Mr. Donnellan graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance, after graduating from the Bronx High School of Science (one of the premier specialty high schools in the country).  In addition, Mr. Donnellan is a Licensed New York State Property & Casualty Broker.

  • Christopher Donovan
    Vice President

    Christopher Donovan is a Vice President at T&H Brokers in the Large Commercial Lines department.  Mr. Donovan is responsible for the leadership of a team that services a variety of accounts in the areas of real estate, real estate development, financial services, manufacturing, trucking, distribution and consumer products. 

    Mr. Donovan is a second generation T&H Broker team member.    

     Mr. Christopher Donovan is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in History and is a licensed NY State Property & Casualty Broker.

  • Martin J. Farrell
    Vice President-Account Management

     

    Martin J. Farrell is a Vice President for T&H Brokers. Mr. Farrell is responsible for the coordination of myriad of services provided by the T&H Brokers service team to make sure that the clients’ insurance and risk management goals and objectives are met.  In addition, he is also responsible for the production of new business. 

    Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Farrell  served in engineering, underwriting, and sales capacities for Arkwright Insurance Company (Now FM Global)  servicing the needs of a myriad of large manufacturing, hospitality and other clients with large property portfolios. 

    Mr. Farrell is a graduate of The City College of New York’s School of Engineering. In addition, Mr. Farrell holds the insurance designation of an Associate in Risk Management and is a Licensed New York State Property & Casualty Broker.

  • Alex Goldfarb
    Vice President

    Alex Goldfarb is Vice President of the Private Client Group at T&H Brokers.   Mr. Goldfarb is responsible for managing large complex accounts for high net worth individuals as well as reviewing and identifying the needs of prospective clients.

     Prior to joining T&H Brokers, he was Senior Account Executive at Bollinger Insurance in New York where he led Personal Lines Account Management and acted as liaison with the insurance carriers they represented.  Prior to Bollinger, Mr. Goldfarb was Senior Account Executive at Dewitt Stern in Los Angeles where he handled business managers and their entertainment industry clients.  Prior to Dewitt Stern, Mr. Goldfarb was COO of NRS Publishing, an ethnic media company in New York, having full responsibility for all aspects of the operation.  Prior to NRS, Mr. Goldfarb was Senior Account Executive at Marsh & McLennan’s Private Client Services in New York after which he joined MLW Services in New York as Personal Lines Manager.

     His extensive understanding of personal risk management for affluent clients and a thorough knowledge of the ever changing insurance markets enable him to provide creative solutions to the most complex personal insurance situations.

     Alex attended Columbia University and NYU where he studied business and technology. Mr. Goldfarb is a licensed NY State Property & Casualty Broker.

  • Philip Goodman
    Vice President of Consulting

    Philip Goodman is a Vice President at T&H Brokers and works in the consulting practice.  In this capacity, he provides a wide range of services to clients ranging from program review and design to contractual and financial analysis.  Mr. Goodman consults for a broad range of clients including private equity, financial institutions, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing and real estate.

     Before joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Goodman was the Global Risk Manager for the Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Group, responsible for managing media, real estate, international, personnel and professional risks.  

     After Saatchi & Saatchi’s breakup, Mr. Goodman joined the brokerage community, first with Sedgwick’s New York office during which time he added expertise in the hospitality and social services industries.   When Marsh acquired Sedgwick, he served as a Vice President with additional responsibilities.  Those responsibilities included acting as an internal consultant to the other Account Executives regarding alternative risk transfer, and leading a team to create a production media wrap-up product to challenge the market leader.

     Mr. Goodman has an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, and an Associate in Risk Management designation.  He served as a research assistant to Dr. Geoffrey Moore (d.) – former Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics – at the Center for International Business Cycle Research at Columbia University, and was an intern at the Central Bank of Israel. Mr. Goodman is a New Jersey Licensed Property & Casualty Broker.

  • Jordan Graubard
    Senior Account Executive

    Jordan Graubard is a Senior Account Executive with T&H Brokers. Mr. Graubard is responsible for servicing commercial accounts on a day-to-day basis.  He interacts with both clients and insurers addressing their needs as they arise.

     

    Mr. Graubard’s experience includes working with clients in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Restaurants, Retail, Real Estate and Hospitality.

     

    Prior to joining T&H Brokers, he worked at American Marketing Center, Inc. a Wholesale Insurance Brokerage. 

     

    Mr. Graubard is a graduate of George Washington University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.   In addition, he has achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.  Mr. Graubard is a licensed New York State Property & Casualty broker.

  • Andrea Josephs
    Vice President

    Andrea Josephs is a Vice President in the Marketing Department of T&H Brokers. Her responsibilities include market selection, placement of large risks, program design and developing new carrier relationships in an ever changing market place.

     Ms. Josephs started her career as a property &casualty underwriter for Insurance Company of North America (I.N.A)   Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Ms. Josephs was a broker with Marsh & McLennan, Walter Kaye Associates (now HUB International) and Kalvin Miller Co (now Willis).

     Ms. Josephs earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Brockport State College and is a licensed NYS Property Casualty broker.

  • Alla Kostyukovsky
    Senior Account Executive

    Alla Kostyukovsky is a Senior Account Executive with the Private Client Group of T&H Brokers.

     Ms. Kostyukovsky’s primary responsibility is providing the day to day services associated with the personal insurance portfolios of our Private Client Group. Prior to working for T&H Brokers, Ms. Kostyukovsky, was in the personal lines department of Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs (now part of Willis North America). 

    Ms. Kostyukovsky holds a Masters Degree in Performing Arts form the Kharkov Institute of Arts.  In addition, Ms. Kostyukovsky is an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AA) and and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS).

  • Michael A. Kravitz
    Production Specialist & Vice President
    Michael A. Kravitz is a Vice President of T& Brokers where hs specializes in the production of new business.  He has an extensive background in all lines of business including workers compensation, property, casualty and ocean marine coverages. He has experience  in the food and dairy industries, retail, manufacturing. Trucking/distribution, construction and real estate fields. He has designed and implemented both guaranteed cost and loss sensitive insurance programs as well as worked on some unique risks including a waste coal reclamation plant and a AAA ball club.
    Prior to joining T&H Mr. Kravitz was a vice president of Kalvin- Miller International a privately held insurance broker now a part of Willis/HRH
    Mr. Kravitz is a Graduate of the St. Johns University College of Insurance, a New York based school where he obtained a bachelors degree

  • Amanda Lawrence
    Senior Liability Claims Specialist

    Amanda Lawrence is a Senior Liability Claim Specialist and is in charge of handling large complex general liability claims for Construction, Retail and Real Estate Clients.

     Ms. Lawrence began her extensive career handling Personal Lines Insurance claims for Empire / Allcity Insurance Company.  She then became an Account Manager at Marsh McLennan’s Seabury & Smith and later joined the Construction team at Chartis Insurance (formerly AIG).  At  Chartis, she was promoted from the position of Casualty Adjuster to Fast Track Department Head, then to Account Service Manager and finally to Director of Claims Operations.  Prior to her joining T&H Brokers, Ms. Lawrence was a Sr. Claims Specialist at Aon, overseeing Construction, Financial Lines, Auto /P&C & Workers Compensation claims for both domestic & international clients.

     Ms. Lawrence is a graduate of St. John’s University and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice & Law.

  • Timothy Levens
    Account Executive
    Timothy Levens is an Account Executive in the Large Commercial lines division of T&H Brokers.  Mr. Levens is responsible for providing the services associated with complex insurance programs and works on a variety of accounts which include distributors, manufacturers and real estate owners and developers.

     Mr. Levens began his insurance career as an intern in Mergers & Acquisitions Department of AON Risk Services.  Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Levens also worked in the advertising industry.

     Mr. Levens earned a Bachelors Degree from the College of the Holy Cross and is a NY State Licensed Broker for Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident and Health.

  • Marc Lobell
    Senior Account Executive
     Marc Lobell is a Senior Account Executive at T&H Brokers.  His expertise ranges from Real Estate to Construction, with a particular emphasis on specialty trade construction.  Mr. Lobell is involved in both the development of new business and client service. 

    Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Lobell as Vice President at Wells Fargo (formerly, Acordia) in New York where he had responsibility for a large book of Real Estate accounts. In addition Mr. Lobell has held positions at his family’s brokerage operation as well as in the Risk Management Department of Helmsely-Spear.

     Mr. Lobell attended Syracuse University and Skidmore College where he pursued a degree in Architecture.  In addition, he is a licensed NY State Property and Casualty broker.

  • Steven R. Lux
    Account Executive
     

     Steven R. Lux is an Account Executive for T&H Brokers who specializes in property/casualty insurance.  His client base includes real estate firms, importers, law firms, technology based companies, restaurants, and others.Mr. Lux has been with T&H Brokers for his entire career. Throughout the years, he has held various positions at the firm starting as commercial lines Marketing Representative. Mr. Lux then moved from marketing large commercial lines department as an Account Executive Currently Mr. Lux is both an Account Executive as well as a Producer of new business.

    Mr. Lux graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance.   He also attended The College of Insurance for post graduate studies.  In addition, he received recognition from the former Aetna Insurance Company (Travelers) for graduating number one in his class at their Advanced School for Agents.  Mr. Lux is a Licensed New York State Property & Casualty Broker.

  • Linda F. Lynn
    Account Executive

    Linda F. Lynn an Account Executive in the Commercial Lines Department of T&H Brokers. Ms. Lynn’s primary responsibility is providing middle market clients with the service necessary to maintaining their insurance portfolio. 

    Ms. Lynn has been at T&H Brokers for her entire career and is a second generation broker with the firm.

    Ms. Lynn holds a Bachelors degree from SUNY Buffalo and a Masters from Columbia University. In addition, Ms. Lynn serves on several Non Profit Boards including: The Educational Alliance, Inc., Central Queens YM & YWCA, Head Start Sponsoring Board Council for NYC.

    Ms Lynn is a licensed NY State Property & Casualty Broker

  • James S. Mallon
    Account Executive

    James S. Mallon is an Account Executive with T&H Brokers. Mr. Mallon has an extensive insurance background and is responsible for the day to day servicing of large commercial accounts.

    Prior to joining T&H Brokers Mr. Mallon was an Account Executive of a mid-sized insurance brokerage in New York City where he started his insurance career. He was responsible for all aspects of handling insurance programs for a wide variety of industries. His background includes account management, marketing and risk management.

    Mr. Mallon graduated from the University of Albany with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business with a Major in Economics.

  • Krissy Mark
    Account Executive
     

     Krissy Mark is an Account Executive at T&H Brokers. She works in our Select Unit and handles day to day servicing of our small commercial accounts.  She is also involved in the marketing and account placement of Select Unit clients.

    Ms. Mark began her career as an Underwriting Assistant with General Accident Insurance Co. (now One Beacon) where she worked with both retail and wholesale agents. In addition, Ms. Mark held positions at Keevily, Spereo-Whitelaw Inc. and Irving Weber Associates, Inc. where she transitioned to the brokerage business.

    Ms. Mark is a licensed NY State Property & Casualty Broker.

     

  • Marcelino “Marc” Martinez
    Senior Liability Claim Specialist
     

     Marcelino “Marc” Martinez is a Senior Liability Claim Specialist in the T&H Brokers’ claims department. He is responsible for handling large and complex general liability claims for a variety of our clients.

    Mr. Martinez began his career handling homeowner and commercial property losses for State Farm Fire and Casualty. He then became a liability specialist handling claims in metropolitan New York. Subsequently, Mr. Martinez held positions with York Claims Services where he handled liability, products and construction claims (both domestically and internationally) for major insurance companies and clients. Later in his career, Mr. Martinez joined Nationwide Insurance as a litigation specialist and was promoted to claims manager were he was responsible for the training and development of the claims.

    Most recently, Mr. Martinez has worked with major carriers charged with handling large and extremely complex insurance cases throughout the United States. Throughout this experience, he has developed a strong knowledge of insurance carrier practices and methods.

    Mr. Martinez is a graduate of Adelphi University were he earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance

     

     

  • Kevin McBride
    Senior Vice President
     

     Kevin McBride is a Senior Vice President of T&H Brokers.  He has coordinated and placed new business throughout the United States and around the world.  In addition, he is also responsible for the production and servicing of many of the “Top Ten” trade contractors in New York.  Mr. McBride also has extensive experience with the production and servicing of large Real Estate clients.Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. McBride was a Vice President with the firm of Amalgamated Programs in New York City where he was responsible for new sales production and servicing of clients. 

    Mr. McBride graduated from The College of Staten Island with a B.S. in Finance & Business Management.  Mr. McBride is a Licensed New York State Property & Casualty Broker.

     

  • Suzanne Orosz
    Account Executive

    Suzanne Orosz is an Account Executive at T&H Brokers. Ms. Orosz first joined T&H Brokers as an assistant account executive where she supported a team of Account Managers.  She has also worked on the administration of two complex Construction wrap up projects.

    Currently, Ms. Orosz’s primary focus is on large lines real estate accounts with properties in New York as well as throughout the country.  She is responsible for the daily operations of her accounts, policy checking, and marketing at renewal. In addition, Ms. Orosz works closely with her insureds on reviewing leases, contracts, and certificates of insurance

    Prior to joining T&H Brokers, she worked in the medical insurance field for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield

    Ms. Orosz graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in English.  She is a licensed New York Property Casualty Broker.

  • Bruce Ostrow
    Vice President

    Bruce Ostrow is a Vice President of T&H Brokers.  He leads the Environmental practice where he is responsible for the development and maintenance of environmental insurance products with insurers including the placement of coverage.

    Mr. Ostrow is also responsible for environmental risk management within the organization which entails the review of environmental reports and other materials relating to environmental conditions and exposures for our clients.

    Mr. Ostrow has over 30 years of experience within the insurance industry. He graduated from Queens College with a BA in Sociology.  He holds the professional designation, ARM, Associate of Risk Management. 

  • Cheryl A. Pearl
    Senior Marketing Executive

    Cheryl A. Pearl joined T&H Brokers in March 2009 as Senior Marketing Executive. Ms. Pearl is a second generation Insurance Professional.  Ms. Pearl’s primary responsibilities include the marketing of commercial accounts, developing/maintaining insurance carrier relationships and staying abreast of the continually shifting marketplace.

     Ms. Pearl began her insurance career  with The Hartford Insurance Company in New York City as a Commercial Lines Underwriter where she attained the position of Senior Property & Casualty Underwriter.  In 2001, she transitioned to the brokerage side of the business when she joined The JLS Group in New York City as Marketing Manager.

  • Rick Penza
    Claim Representative

    Rick Penza is a Claims Representative at T&H Brokers. Mr. Penza’s expertise and focus is the resolution of property claims for our clients.

    Mr. Penza insurance career began with Greater New York (GNY) where he was trained to efficiently resolve claims to the satisfaction of the insured and the carrier.

    During his tenure at GNY, Mr. Penza handled various claims throughout the Northeastern United States. Mr. Penza was also involved in directing all activities of investigations leading to a claim resolution as well as coverage determinations.

    Mr. Penza earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Thomas Aquinas College.

  • Duane Perricelli
    Sales Manager
    Duane Perricelli is the Property & Casualty Sales Manager for T&H Brokers leading the firms’ growth initiatives to include oversight of new business marketing strategies ensuring the firm delivers on the commitments we make as a provider of insurance brokerage & consulting services. Mr. Perricelli also maintains a Senior Advisory role on key accounts of T&H Brokers due to his vast insurance experience crossing different industry disciplines in addressing our clients risks.Mr. Perricelli is a graduate of Farleigh Dickenson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.

    Prior to joining T&H Brokers Mr. Perricelli was a key client executive for selected clients of Marsh’s New York Metro office. In this role, he was responsible for coordinating the delivery of all MMC’s world wide resources to his clients, cross functional coordination with the client teams, developing client marketplace strategies, and crafting solutions for his clients  business and traditional hazard risks to include health & welfare strategies. Mr. Perricelli had been with Marsh for 15 years and some of his clients consulting assignments involved a wide range of projects & solutions while at MMC. A sampling include: Physical Security & Investigations, Forensic Claims Accounting, Claims Inventory Workouts, Pre-Post Claims Operation Analysis, Business Continuity, Emergency Response Planning, Enterprise Risk Identification, Employment Practice Compliance Assessments & Captive Modeling. Prior to Key Client Executive work at Marsh, Duane was a Sales Leader Marsh’s Middle Market practice focusing his team on industry practices: Real Estate, Retail, Manufacturing & Media. Early in his career Duane was the Director of Sales for a Health & Welfare Third Party Administrator working primarily with self insured benefit programs moving clients into managed care platforms. Mr. Perricelli started his insurance career at Cigna.

     

  • Scott L Pinette
    Senior Vice President

     

    Scott L Pinette is the Senior Vice President for the Private Client Group of T&H Brokers.  Based in New York City, Mr. Pinette is responsible for the day-to-day operations of T&H Brokers‘  Private Client Group practice, leading a team of professionals, driving exceptional service, business development, innovative and price sensitive solutions for our valued clients.

    Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Scott worked for PLI Brokerage, one of the largest brokers for personal insurance in the United States.  His prior responsibilities included underwriting, sales, marketing, brokerage, technology and consultancy.  He has worked with insurance companies such as ACE, Chartis (formerly AIG), Chubb, Fireman’s Fund and several others to bring practical solutions to clients worldwide.  

    Mr. Pinette graduated from Bryant College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in management.

  • Leslie Price
    Manager of Select Unit

     

    Leslie Price is Vice President of the Select Unit at T&H Brokers. Her expertise is in the small business marketplace where she has established long-term relationships with the Insurance carriers. Ms. Price has extensive knowledge of the products that best serve our Select Business clients.

     Ms. Price began her career working for INAPRO, the professional liability division of Cigna Insurance Company. She managed the claims processing unit, later becoming a claims examiner and finally an Underwriter for Architects & Engineers Professional Liability. Beginning in the mid 1980’s, Ms. Price transitioned over to the brokerage side of the industry handling claims and then as a key commercial account manager for a small NYC broker.

     Ms. Price attended Washington University School of Fine Arts and later obtained her business credits at Pace University in NYC. In addition she is a licensed NY State Property & Casualty Broker. 

  • C. Nicholas Risom
    Senior Vice President

    Nick Risom is a Senior Vice President at T&H Brokers, Mr. Risom is responsible for advising clients to help identify, analyze and mitigate corporate and personal risk. His focus is providing risk management and employee benefits consulting services to multinational corporations, law firms, private equity, hedge funds and high net-worth individuals. 

    Nick’s experience encompasses a broad range of industries including financial services firms, healthcare, manufacturing, not-for-profit, retail and technology.

     Prior to joining the firm, he was with Marsh & McLennan Cos. (including Mercer and Kroll) where he focused on corporate risk and employee benefits consulting.  Prior to joining Marsh, Nick worked for Kroll, the world’s leading risk consulting company where he worked on a variety of investigations, due diligence, security and crisis management assignments. 

     Mr. Risom is a graduate from Lake Forest College and received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

  • Alan N. Rovin
    Executive Vice President

    Alan N. Rovin, is an Executive Vice President of T&H Brokers. Mr. Rovin has extensive experience in all aspects of  commercial insurance including real estate, construction and wrap ups.

     Before joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Rovin served in senior capacities with two other large brokerage firms.  He was the principal architect of several sophisticated risk-funding programs for multinational clients and was also a major contributor to the launching of national association programs.

    Mr. Rovin holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Brooklyn College and an MBA in Corporate Finance from St. John’s University. 

  • Shannon Schell
    Account Executive
     
    Shannon Schell is an Account Executive for the Large Commercial Unit at T&H Brokers where her focus  is providing account service to a variety of hospitality and manufacturing clients.
    Prior to T&H Brokers, Ms. Schell worked on the Domestic Property Underwriting Team at ACE/Westchester Fire in New York. Before her move to New York, Ms. Schell served as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Wachovia and AON, in their respective Atlanta offices

    Ms. Schell holds a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and is a licensed New York State Property & Casualty Broker.  

     

     

  • Celia Seigerman-Levit
    Senior Vice-President

    Celia Seigerman-Levit is a Senior Vice President of T&H Brokers. Ms. Seigerman-Levit leads both the New Business Department as well as the Consulting Practice for T&H Brokers.  

    As part of the of the new business department, she works closely with the sales team  and  new clients to make sure that their needs are met with regard to the  design of their insurance program, placement of their insurance and integration into our client service model – assuring a seamless transition as they become a T&H Brokers client.

     Ms. Seigerman-Levit is also responsible for the consulting practice of T&H Brokers.  As consultants, Ms. Seigerman-Levit works with clients’ and their brokers, thus effectively providing risk management expertise for clients without in-house risk management staff, or providing additional support to those with risk management staffs with regard to specific projects.

     Early in her career, Ms. Seigerman-Levit held entry level positions at Walter Kaye Associates (now HUB International) as well as at Financial Guardian, and NIA (Now Marsh and McLennan).

     Ms. Seigerman-Levit is a graduate of Syracuse University where she earned a BA in Political Science and Public Affairs. 

     

  • Michael Small
    Account Executive

    Michael Small is an Account Executive in the large commercial lines department of T&H Brokers.  Mr. Small is responsible for meeting the servicing needs of our clients and to insure that they have the property coverage at costs consistent with current market conditions.  

    Mr. Small has considerable experience and expertise in the design, implementation and management of client’s insurance portfolios.

    Mr. Small is a graduate of the College of Arts, Science and Technology (CAST) with a diploma in drafting, in addition he is New York State Licensed Property and Casualty Broker.

  • Maria Terzulli
    Senior Account Executive
     

     

     Maria Terzulli is a Senior Account Executive with T&H Brokers.  Ms. Terzulli’s expertise is in the implementation and management of insurance portfolios for a diverse group of commercial clients.   As a Senior Account Executive, Ms. Terzulli services the changing needs of her clients to insure that they have the proper coverage at costs consistent with current market conditions.

     Before joining T&H Brokers, Ms. Terzulli was a Senior Account Manager at Kalvin Miller (now Willis).

     Ms. Terzulli has attended the College of Insurance and is Licensed NY State Property & Casualty Broker.

     

     

     

     

  • Shari Travers
    Vice President of Account Management
     

    Shari Travers is a Vice President at T&H Brokers. She leads a team of Account Managers concentrating on the servicing of the Insurance Programs within the Large Commercial Lines Division.

    Ms. Travers’ focus is to fully understand our clients financial, operational and management goals and to make sure that their insurance program fulfills those needs.  In addition, Ms Travers makes sure that a high quality of service is delivered to our clients.  Ms. Travers also has considerable experience and expertise in the design, implementation and management of client’s insurance portfolios.

    Prior to being a Vice President of Account Management, Ms. Travers was an Account Executive at T&H Brokers. Ms. Travers also was an Account Executive at Reiff and Associates, Inc. a specialty broker for the entertainment industry.

    Ms. Travers graduated York College of PA with a B.S. in Marketing and is a New York State Licensed Property and Casualty Broker.

  • James Wells
    Senior Account Executive

    James Wells is a Senior Account Executive with T&H Brokers.  His responsibilities include key account management, marketing and business development.  He has a technical understanding of coverage issues faced in the construction industry and is relied upon as a company resource.

    Mr. Wells began his insurance career as an Assistant Vice President with the construction practice of Willis of New York.  In this position, he was responsible for managing medium to very large construction accounts, client servicing, new business development and insurance marketing.  In addition to contractor accounts, he was also actively involved with the placement, management and administration of numerous Wrap-Up programs.

    Mr. Wells is a graduate of the University of Texas where he earned his BBA. In addition he is actively involved in numerous construction trade organizations, is a licensed insurance broker and a certified Associate of Risk Management (ARM).

  • Paula Wilson
    Senior Vice President

    Paula Wilson is the Senior Vice President at T&H Brokers where she manages the claims department of T&H Brokers.  Her responsibilities include: establishing claims service programs on a regional and national basis, obtaining proper access to the insurance companies’ claims system, performing quarterly claims reviews, as well as leading the claims department staff.  In addition, Ms. Wilson handles all catastrophic or sensitive property losses.

     Ms. Wilson brings extensive to our claims department and has experience with many different types of client base, such as wrap-up projects, real estate accounts, retail accounts, builder’s risk programs and contractor’s general insurance programs.

     Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Ms. Wilson held senior positions in the claims management departments of both Arthur J. Gallagher and Charles Good and Company.

     Ms. Wilson is a Licensed Property/Casualty broker as well as a Licensed Adjuster/Claims Consultant.  She is Co-Chairman of the Chartis Insurance Company’s Claims Advisory Panel and a member since 2006.

  • Darlene L. Young
    Account Executive

    Darlene L. Young is an Account Executive at T&H Brokers and works in our Select Unit servicing small and mid-size accounts.  Ms. Young is responsible for both marketing and servicing accounts in the Select Unit. 

    Ms. Young previously worked at a Westchester Agency handling Small and mid-size commercial accounts. Ms. Young has extensive experience placing business with our select markets and designing insurance programs best suited for our small business clients. 

    Ms. Young is a graduate of Monroe College earning her associates degree in computer science and is a licensed NY State Property & Casualty Broker.

  • Aaron R. Ziff
    Account Executive

    Aaron R. Ziff is an Account Executive at T&H Brokers specializing in commercial insurance.

     Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Ziff was with Bertholon Rowland (now a part of USI Holdings) working on insurance solutions for professional associations including the New York State Bar Association and the Maryland Bar Association.

     Mr. Ziff graduated from Union College with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Political Science and is a licensed New York State Property and Casualty Broker.

  • Gary Zweifach
    Vice President
     

    Gary Zweifach is a Vice President of T&H Brokers.  Mr. Zweifach primary function at the company is developing new business. Mr. Zweifach has a vibrant book of business that primarily consists of residential real estate.  In addition, his expertise include supermarket mass merchandising programs for primary and excess coverages.

     Mr. Zweifach’s strong understanding of residential real estate from a risk perspective lead to the formation of NYRE, one of the first Real Estate Risk Purchasing Groups. The concept of mass purchasing of insurance limits has lead to Real Estate owners being able to buy high limits of insurance at very competitive pricing.

     Prior to joining T&H Brokers, Mr. Zwiefach was a producer at Walter Kaye Associates (Now Hub International.)  Mr. Zweifach began his career with Liberty Mutual in the claims division where he acted as an adjustor.

     Mr. Zweifach is a graduate of Richmond College a member school of the City University where he attained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors. Mr. Zweifach is also a licensed NY State Property & Casualty Broker.
