T&H's consulting practice operates separate and apart from the brokerage business. However, operating within a large brokerage allows us access a wide range of market intelligence and technical expertise. With this structure we are able to provide critical counsel to our clients to deliver cost-effective risk management solutions that protect them from the myriad of risks faced by their businesses.

Our consulting practice serves a wide range of clients. These clients are the insureds or buyers themselves, parties with interest in the capital stack such as joint venture partners, managers, private equity investors and government entities. These clients, whether they are have a direct insurable interest, or have an interest as a lender or investor, look to us to provide them with an objective independent evaluation relating to their insurance issues. We are their advocate, providing thoughtful evaluation, analysis and recommendations.

  • Risk Management: Contract Analysis
    T&H works closely with clients to analyze contracts such as leases, buy sell agreements, and contracts with other parties such as contractors, or consultants. We review these documents to address any and all insurance requirements, as well as ensure that our clients are properly indemnified.

    We ensure that existing coverages comply with contractual requirements. Such requirements stem from purchase agreements, management agreements, loan agreements, and others. We highlight any deficiencies, and advise whether coverage needs to be upgraded beyond what agreements may require.
