T&H Benefits

T&H Benefits was formed as Thesco Benefits, LLC by Richard Fleder and Walter Harris on October 26, 1996. The company began with the purchase of the Tanenbaum-Harber Co., Inc. (T&H) group department. This division of Tanenbaum-Harber had been started and developed by Richard Fleder in 1975. This business was purchased to provide a platform for future growth.

On February 1, 1997, Thesco purchased the employee benefits division of Bartmon, Shapiro and Associates.

On January 1, 1999, Thesco purchased Reynen Associates, Inc. (RA). RA was a highly successful benefits broker in northern New Jersey. This acquisition was made to further establish Thesco's presence in New Jersey.

In addition to acquisitions, the firm has made several investments and partnerships in technology companies in the employee benefits field. They include:

Online Benefits, Inc.,

This product can offer employers a customized benefit office that provides employees with a wealth of benefit information that normally would be provided through a Human Resources department.
